IMPORTANT: Please obtain confirmation to remove access and delete the profiles from the CSM and client.

To remove Recover access, you have to go ahead and remove the Recover profiles from all users that have the profiles assigned to them. You can do this by doing the following steps:

• Report all users.
• Remove irrelevant users from the sheet and leave only those with Recover profiles.
• Remove those recover profiles from the sheet.
• Batch upload the file without the recover profiles.
• Double check to see that no users are associated with the Recover profiles.

Once you have removed the Recover profiles from the relevant users, you can go ahead and delete the profiles from User Management
