Rant & Rave: AI Taxonomy Term Suggestions in the Taxonomy Builder

The taxonomy builder allows the admin to view and accept the taxonomy terms in the proposed categories tab. Do the below steps:

1. In the Admin app, go to Sentiment > Taxonomy Builder.

   
   

   

   
   

2. In the Taxonomy Builder login page, select a project and click Sign In to open your project.

   
   

   

   
   

3. Select a draft taxonomy from the drop-down menu in the Load tab and click Load.

   

   
   

4. Alternatively, you can import the live taxonomy from the Live Taxonomy tab.

   
   

5. In the Proposed Categories tab, you will find a list of categories and terms from tuning.

   
   

   

   
   

6. After reviewing the terms and the categories, select the tick mark icon in the Actions tab. This adds the category to the taxonomy and terms can be added individually later.

   
   

7. If you do not want to add the terms, select the X mark to remove them.
