Create a user for each required project to enable verbatim-extract and comprehend-consumer functionalities and ensure project processing.


Do the below steps:


  1. Go to User Administration and create a new user or edit an existing user.


    Note: The username must follow the pattern %_taxonomy_smart_assistant, where % represents a unique identifier, such as the project name or code.

  2. In the Projects tab, enter the project name(s) in the Available Projects section and click Add. This provides the created user with access to all the projects specified in this section.

  3. Click Save Changes.
