HipCricket : How to Reset Your HipCricket Password

If you have forgotten your HipCricket password or need to reset it, you can request a password reset directly from the login page.

Reset your password

1. Go to the HipCricket login page for your station.
2. Click “Forget?” on the login page.
3. Enter the email address associated with your HipCricket account in the pop-up window.
4. Click “Request.”
5. You will receive an email containing your username and a password reset link.
6. Use the password reset link to create a new password.

Important: The password reset link is valid for 60 minutes. If the link expires, repeat the process to request a new one.
