Add, update, or delete an agent picture and bio

You can add a picture and bio of each agent at your organization. These can be included in solicitation emails encouraging customers to leave feedback. You don't need to add both; you can have an agent bio without a picture, or vice versa.

Before you start

Before you can add an agent bio, you'll need to make sure that:

• The agent has consented to the use of their image and bio for customer feedback emails.

• You’ve let the agent know that they can opt out at any time.

Add or update an agent picture and/or bio

1. Open the Rant & Rave Dashboard.

2. Click the System icon in the bottom-right, then click User management.

   The User Management screen will open in a new window on a list of all users.

3. Find the user in the users list, then click their username.

4. Go to the Agent bio tab.

   • To update the image, hover over the placeholder image and click Update profile image.

• To update the bio, type into the text editor. You can use the formatting options, such as bold and italics, to customize it.

5. Select the checkbox to confirm that you got the agent’s permission to update their image and bio.

   Note: You'll need to reselect this option every time you edit an agent's bio or image.

6. Click Save changes.

Delete an agent picture and/or bio

To delete an agent bio or image, follow steps 1-4 above then click Delete agent bio.
