The Dashboard 2.0 provides access to a personalized feedback dashboard giving an overview of client performance, along with customizable data analysis, visualizations, and tools to act on or modify the collected data.
In order to provision access to Admin App, admins are required to follow the steps below:
1. Login to Rant & Rave Admin app.
2. From the top panel, go to Users > User Management.
3. Select an Account from the drop-down list and click Search.
4. In the Users list, locate the desired user and click Features for the profile.
5. In the Feature Configuration page, scroll down to locate the feature #243 and do the following:
- Select the checkbox of Dashboard_v2.
- Select 1-en to assign the feature to the profile.
6. Click Submit. This displays "Feature Configured Successfully" message.
7. Go back to Users > User Management and search your account again.
Note: Make sure that no changes have been made to the columns before migration.
8. In the Users list, locate the same user and click Migrate to Profile. This displays "Profile migrated'' message.
9. Once this is done, users can see Admin App upon logging into the Dashboard v2.
Note: If the user has an Admin Profile, the feature may need to be added to that instead to avoid any profile conflict issues.
Once logging in again the user will see Admin App available within Rant & Rave.
