We are writing to notify you of an update to our data processing arrangements for your Mobile Commons account.
What's Changing
Effective 1st December 2025, Mobile Commons will use Snowflake Inc. as a data subprocessor for the following services:
- Waterfall
- Rant and Rave
- MAPI (Mobile API)
Snowflake is a cloud-based data hosting platform supporting our platform development and future analytics capabilities.
Why is this changing
The use of Snowflake positions us to empower future innovations across our platforms for you.
Data Protection & Security
- All UK and EU customer data will be processed and stored exclusively within Snowflake's AWS EU (Ireland) region (eu-west-1)
- Snowflake maintains SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, and other relevant security certifications
- All data processing remains subject to our existing Data Processing Agreement
