Waterfall: Subscriber receiving messages without List/Date Join info

Subscriber has the “SMS Opt In” metadata TRUE but the client doesn’t see the date they joined their list under “Subscriptions”. The subscriber is receiving messages. The client wanted to know why this list-joined detail is missing from their profile

Looked at phone number status and found it was disconnected/opted out from Master List on January 2024
Details
I looked at this user status and found that it was disconnected/opted out from Super Savers Club Master List on January 2024:

The subscriber either deactivated their line or ported to another carrier. subscriber number can also be found in the Opt Out report for Jan 2024.
“Savers SMS Opt-In” is set as "TRUE" because the user opted in using SMS (keyword OFFERS), the metadata value is to be set as true or false depending on the opt-in method. It is not related to the subscriber opt-in/out status
