Overview
When running a text-to-win contest, the platform only provides a built-in export for contest winners. If you need the full list of everyone who entered (texted in the keyword), use a Message Details report instead.
Steps
- Navigate to the Reports section.
- Set Report Type to Message Details.
- Set Scope to Keyword, and enter the contest's keyword (e.g., "SMG").
- Set Message Type to Incoming (MOs).
- Select your desired date range and run the report.
Result
The report returns every phone number that texted the specified keyword during the selected date range — giving you the complete list of contest participants, not just the winners.
Notes
- This method works for any keyword-based campaign, not just contests.
- Use the date range filter to scope results to the specific contest period if the keyword has been reused for other campaigns.
