Solicitation Data Validation V2
The Solicitation Data Validation V2 feature lets you create conditional statements to validate solicitation data and define actions based on those conditions. This guide helps you configure validations to filter, tag, and message contacts dynamically, ensuring only qualified participants continue in your campaign.
You can add multiple conditions and actions inside each section.
Define the Condition (IF Block)
If: Select a data field to apply the condition.
Click + to add multiple fields.
Condition Builder
Choose whether the condition satisfies Any or All of the following.
Select operator: Pick an operator such as equals, contains, greater than, etc.
Enter a value: Input the value against which the condition is checked.
Click Add condition to include more rules.
Define the Action (THEN Block)
If the condition is met, you can choose one or more actions:
• Tag Solicitation Data: Apply a tag to the solicitation data.
• Send Message: Choose message type: SMS, MMS, or RCS.
Message Options
• SMS: Standard 160-character text message.
• MMS: Multimedia message (image, video, or audio).
• RCS: Rich Communication Services (enhanced media, interactive buttons).
Campaign Control
Use the dropdown (e.g., End Campaign) to stop the campaign or trigger a next step.
ELSE Block
If the condition is not met, you can define fallback actions:
Tag Solicitation Data
Add a tag to track the failed condition.
Send Message
Send an SMS, MMS, or RCS message. Enter your message content.
Allow Reply Back (optional): Enable participants to respond.
Next Actions: Choose from one of the following options:

Forward to Campaign: Directs the subscriber to a different campaign.

Deliver Next Component: Moves the subscriber to the next component within the same campaign.

End Campaign: Terminates the campaign.
