Provided instructions to wait for the profiles count to be available before using the group
Details
We always recommend checking the profiles after any edits/when a new group is created. Once the profiles count becomes available, you'll be able to target the new profiles/group with no issues.
Kindly follow the steps below whenever you create/edit any group.
For the newly created groups
- Create the group.
- After the group is created, the profile status will display Currently recalculating profile count. This means the group is still being processed in the backend and is not yet ready to receive any broadcasts. Any broadcasts sent at this stage will have zero recipients.
- Once the profile calculation is complete, the Currently recalculating profile count status will disappear, leaving only the profile count visible. This indicates that the group is fully processed and ready to be targeted with broadcasts.
For editing any group
- Add/remove profiles from the uploaded group/change the filters for the filtered group.
- After the group is edited, the profile status will display Currently recalculating profile count.
- Once the profile count becomes available, the group is fully processed and can be targeted with broadcasts.
