Viewing RCS agents

As an admin, you can view successfully enabled rich communication services (RCS) agents along with their associated metadata.

To view RCS Agents, navigate to Home > RCS Agents.

The table includes the following details for each RCS agent:

• Status: Indicates whether an agent is currently active or inactive.

  • Green: Represents agents that are currently active.

  • Gray: Represents agents that are currently inactive.

• Agent Name: The name of an agent.

• Color: The assigned color code for an agent.

• Shortcode: The shortcode linked with an agent.

• Agent Description: The description of an agent.

• Last Updated (DD/MM/YYYY): The date when an agent’s information was last modified.

Tip: To sort the last updated date, select Ascending or Descending order to the right of the Last Updated header.

This allows you to monitor and manage active agents efficiently.
