Your Mobile Commons dashboard provides you with a quick snapshot of recent activity in your account.
Active Subscribers
At the top of the Dashboard, you see your active subscriber count. Active Subscribers are the profiles that are currently subscribed to your active campaigns, and thus opted-in to receive your text messages. This number refreshes about 1x per hour. You'll get your most up to date subscriber numbers in the groups section.
Note: If the profile cleaning feature is turned on, the number of cleaned profiles will be deducted from the total active subscriber count.
New Profiles
Below Active Subscribers is a summary of New Profiles, organized by date. Mobile Commons automatically creates a profile for anyone who has interacted with your Mobile Commons account, regardless of their current subscription. (Conversely, active subscribers are only members who are currently opted-in to an active campaign).
New Profiles marks profiles that have been added in the past 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, and all time. The box also tallies how new profiles are joining your account. You can see the percentage of Profiles coming in from text messaging, joining on the web, or coming from an integration with your existing CRM, for example.
This graph will show the top three sources of profiles to your Mobile Commons account. Therefore, if you have four or more sources, the smallest will be grouped together in the Other Category.
Click the See All link to see all the Profiles in your Mobile Commons account.
Monthly Statistics
The next image shows you all your statistics for the current calendar month. This number updates 1x a day.
- Messages Sent shows the number of outgoing messages from your account. This includes opt-in path conversations, broadcasts, and scheduled messages.
- Messages Received refers to all incoming messages other than keyword opt-ins.
- MMS Sent: shows the number of MMS messages sent out
- MMS Received: shows the number of MMS messages received
- Phone Calls shows you the number of calls made that month. This is only relevant if you use the phone calls feature in Mobile Commons.
- 510c3 organizations approved for Mobile Giving can see the Dollars Raised in the current month.
- Links Clicked refers to the number of clicks you have gotten on Mobile Commons lil.ms shortened, trackable URLs.
- Churn Rate: opt-out rate for the month
Recent Broadcasts
Your Dashboard will also show you your three most recent broadcasts. It shows the content of the broadcasts, the date and time they were sent, and the number of recipients.
