Reports Subtab
Mobile Commons has several reporting methods for you to understand and evaluate every part of your mobile messaging campaign.
Exports
From the reports subtab, you can view all of your CSV exports. This is very useful if you are looking for a large file that you’ve downloaded previously, you can navigate through the pages to find the needed export.
Usage Report
Mobile Commons provides a CSV export for all your historical billing data.
You can also have a quick breakdown of your usage on the platform by month for the past year.
Counts are currently updating every hour (at the top of the hour).
- Sent as SMS: Total number of SMS messages sent from your account.
- Sent as Single SMS: Number of messages sent as an individual SMS (less than 160 characters).
- Sent as Failover SMS: Number of single SMS messages sent as a failover when MMS messages fail.
- Sent as Multi-part SMS: Number of messages sent as a multi-part message (More than 160 characters).
- No. of SMS Multi-parts: Total number of parts sent in all multi-part SMS.
- Sent as MMS: Total number of sent MMS messages from your account to your subscribers.
- Received as MMS: Total number of MMS messages received from your subscribers.
- Received as SMS: Number of messages received as SMS from the subscribers.
- Phone Calls: Number of phone calls generated from mConnect phone calls.
- Billable Minutes: Total Number of minutes from mConnect phone calls.
- Links Clicked: Total Number of MC links clicked.
- Active Subscribers: Total number of active subscribers in your account till the last day of the month.
In addition to these roll-up reports, you can find campaign, broadcast, message schedule and agent view reports within each one of those areas. These reports are usually denoted via a pie chart icon.
