Tracking and analyzing donations data (for CRM users)
Donations provides a centralized platform to track and analyze donation data from diverse CRM systems like EveryAction, ActBlue, ActionKit, and others. This unified interface simplifies the management of donation information from multiple CRM sources.
To work with donations:

Select
Fundraising in the left pane, and then select Donations.
The Donations table opens. The total amount donated (the sum of all donations), and total contributions (the count of all donation transactions) are available above the donations table. For exact figures, hover over the amounts mentioned for total amount donated, and total contributions.
About the Donations table:

| Profile Name | Shows the name of the profile. |
| Amount Donated | Shows the donated amount. |
| Number of Contributions | Shows the number of contributions. |
| Last Amount Donated | Shows the amount of the most recent donation. |
| Last Date Donated | Shows the date of the most recent donation. |
| Highest Amount Donated | Shows the highest amount donated. |

Searching the Donations table
To search the custom field names:

Select
Fundraising in the left pane, and then select Donations.

Above the Donations table, on the right, enter a search term in the Search box, and then select
Search.
The Donations table displays the matching records.
Exporting donations data (available in Client view only)
You can download donations data in a CSV (comma-separated values) file.
To download all the donation data:

Select
Fundraising in the left pane, and then select Donations.

On the top-right of the Donations table, select SAVE AS CSV. The records in the Donations table are saved in a CSV file.

To download the CSV file, select
Home in the left pane, and then select Reports.

Locate the CSV file in the Exports table and then select the link in the Name column.
Filtering donations list
You can narrow the donations list by using one of the preset filters:

Above the Donations table, on the right, select
Filter.

Select Time Range from the available options:
-
Last 30 days (default option)
-
Anytime
-
This week
-
Last week
-
This month
-
Last month
-
This year
-
Last year
-
Custom range

Select the From field, and then select a date from the calendar selector.

Select the To field and enter a date from the calendar selector.

Select Company Name, then select one or more companies from the available options. This filter option is only available for admin user.

When you are done, select APPLY.
The applied filters can be viewed by clicking on the Filters button available on the top of the Donations table.
Sorting Donation Columns
You can sort the following columns:

Amount Donated: Sort in ascending or descending order.

Number of Contributions: Sort in ascending or descending order.
-
Last Amount Donated: Sort in ascending or descending order.

Last Date Donated: Sort by newest or oldest first.

Highest Amount Donated: Sort in ascending or descending order.
The following numeric input fields are available for each filterable column:

Min: Enter the minimum value.

Max: Enter the maximum value.
Note: If you fill both fields, the records will be displayed where the column value falls between the two values, inclusive.

If you fill only "Min", the records will be displayed with values greater than or equal to the entered number.

If you fill only "Max", the records will be displayed with values less than or equal to the entered number.
You can apply these independently for each column or in combination.
Note: You must enter only numeric values. The "Min" value must not exceed the "Max" value if both fields are filled.
You can also select number of rows to be displayed per page from the Rows per page drop-down available at the bottom of the Donations page.
