Creating Dynamic Groups based on received row from active & archived schedule

You can now create dynamic groups for profiles that have received a specific row from both active and archived schedules. This filter ensures that recipients from earlier (archived) versions of a conversation are also included, not just recipients from the current conversation. This helps mark profiles that have already received a row so they can move on to the next campaign or schedule.

To create a dynamic group:

1. In the mCommons filter options, select Received row from active & archived schedule.

2. In the Matches field, select the specific row you want to track from the dropdown list.

3. This filter automatically pulls recipients from:

  • The current (active) conversation.

  • Archived versions of the same row.

4. To see the results of your selections, select PREVIEW.

5. When you are done, select CREATE GROUP.
