Creating Dynamic Groups based on profiles supporting RCS

You can filter profiles by RCS capability when creating a Dynamic Group. This allows you to target only profiles whose devices support RCS. By using the Supports RCS? filter, you can create more accurate groups and ensure your RCS campaigns reach the right audience.

To filter profiles that supports RCS capability, select Supports RCS filter. After selecting the filter, choose one of the following options from the dropdown:

• True: Use True if you want to include only profiles whose devices support RCS.

• False: Use False if you want to exclude RCS-capable devices.

• Unknown: Use Unknown if you want to include profiles where RCS capability is not confirmed.
