See how your feedback changes over time

You can see trends in feedback volume and sentiment in the Time trend tab in the main panel.

From the main panel of the Fast feedback Dashboard, click Time trend.

  • Each dot shows the number of feedback messages you received that way. Hover over a dot to see the date, the number of feedback messages, and the average sentiment score.

  • The color of the section under the line shows the average sentiment ranking from the feedback you received that day.

  • Click a spot on the graph to filter the Dashboard by that date, or click and drag across the chart to filter by that date range.

  • Right-click the chart to see feedback from the Last week, Last month, Last 6 months, or Last year.

  • To freeze the time trend chart so that the panel doesn't respons to interface updates, right-click and click Freeze. Once you're finished, click Unfreeze.
