A Rich Card is a single visual message that combines a title, description, media, and interactive buttons into one structured block. Use it for product highlights, promotions, or any message where an image or video tells the story better than text alone.

How to build a Rich Card
1. Select the message type
In the Conversation stepper, either:
- Select Rich Card from the message type radio buttons, or
- Select + Content → Rich Card
Only one Rich Card per message. The option disables after you add one; it re-enables if you delete it.
2. Configure the card fields

3. Upload media
You must include a media attachment. Saving without one produces: "Rich card must have attachments."

Unsupported formats (.3gp, .vcf) show "File type not supported."
4. Add suggestions (optional)
Select the kebab menu on the Rich Card → Add Suggested Action or Add Suggested Reply.
A Rich Card supports up to 4 suggestions total (actions + replies combined). When full, the Add button disables.

5. Preview
The mobile preview updates in real time as you configure the card. It appears in the Conversation stepper, Review stepper, and View page.
Use Send Test to deliver the card to a device before broadcasting.
Horizontal card requirements
A horizontal card needs at least one of these along with media:
- A title
- A description
- At least one suggestion
A horizontal card with only media and nothing else fails validation.

Tips
- Links in descriptions. The Insert Link button is dimmed in the description field. You can't add hyperlinks to card descriptions.
- Dynamic fields. Merge tags work in descriptions but not titles. Plan your personalization accordingly.
- Fallback. The card's title, description, and attachment auto-populate the MMS fallback. Removing the attachment reverts to SMS.
- Deleting. Kebab menu → Delete. Confirms with "Are you sure? Deleting this will remove all associated components. This action can't be undone."
