Details

1. Log into desktop Admin
2. Click on Monitoring
3. Maintain a subscriber
   
4. In the Select a subscriber box find the company that you require
5. Click on Link to Subscriber
6. Click on administration
7. Users
8. Update a User 
   
9. Put in details of first and surname
10. Click find
11. This will bring up the user details for this user 
12. On the far right there is a dustbin, click on that and this will delete the user
