Procomms: check how many sms sent per user in an account

advised how many text messages were sent from this user

To see how many tests have been sent for this and last month for particular users and also drill down to see individual texts

1. log onto Red Admin
2. go to Monitoring
3. Go to Maintain Subscriber
4. select the subscriber from the dropdown list and click link to Subscriber
5. In the menu on the lft click on Administration
6. Click on Monitoring
7. Click on Text Usage
   1. This will either show department level if that is what is set up, which you can then click on the Department and see all of the users and their usage under this
   2. Or will show the individual users if Departments are not set up
8. You will then see the usage - messages sent this and last month for each individual user set up
9. You can click on any of the usage figures and it will bring up all of the individual texts sent from this user with the date and time
10. you can then further drill down to the individual text message in question by clicking on the question mark
    1. This will show a summary of how many the text as sent to, if it had confirmation of delivery and if any of the texts failed
    2. It will also show the text which was sent
    3. Under this it will show the date
    4. The recipients name if held in the directory
    5. The mobile number the text was sent to
    6. and the status of the text
