Procommes: Find and use text template

Advised here to find text template

1. Log into RA as the company in question and the user which is having an issue
2. Go to text
3. New Text
4. Towards the bottom left of the screen in the message section there is box 'Select a Template'
5. Click the dropdown on here 
6. Click on the template you need
7. This will populate both the message box on the left and the Message Preview box on the right
8. Check to see if anything needs to be added to the wording for your particular text and if so change this in the message box on the left
9. Add your list or recipients above
10. Click send when you are happy that you have the correct recipients and the correct text message
