Details

To find out how many contacts are showing on an account, or sub account

1. Log into Red Admin
2. Go to Monitoring from the menu on the left
3. go to Maintain Subscriber 
4. Click on the dropdown arrow and find the account required
5. Click link to Subscriber
   
6. Click on Contacts
7. Choose Find a Company
8. Type in the Company (or subcompany) you are searching for 
   PLEASE NOTE - it will only pick up details of those contacts which are in that exact company or subcompany so make sure you are looking at the correct one
9. Click on find
10. This will then come up with the details of that company/sub company and at the right there will be two heads
    
    
11. Right click on the heads
12. Click on Inspect from the dropdown menu
13. This will show Elements and this will show you the total contacts in that Company/subcompany
