Lists can be hidden really easily on the application and sometimes a list may be hidden by mistake and user not realise why it is missing

To see which lists are hidden 

• Log into the howdens email service
• find the depot in question from the dropdown list on the top left
• click into Lists & Users
• click on filter
• then where it shows in the middle 'show additional filters' click on here 
  
  
  
  
  
• You can then choose to see how lists are held ie Visible, Hidden or All
  
  
  
• Click on the list name
• you can then unhide this so that it is visible to use in the campaigns, by clicking the Unhide button at the top right of the screen
