- Check that the account has subcompanies
- go to Red Admin
- Monitoring
- Maintain subscriber
- find the company you are looking for
- Link to subscriber
- *Click on contacts
- find a person
- type in only the first and surname of the person who needs adding/amending
- Click find
- click on the pencil showing against their name
- It will show the Company details against the record and make a note
- Now search from *above and find the person who is trying to amend the record to see what company they come up as
- If the person amending and the person to be amended are showing as different companies this is probably the issue
- Advise the person wishing to amend/add the contact/user to make the record unique
- Tell them to do this by putting a full stop at the end of the persons surname on their record and save it and see if this works.
- If it does then this solves the issue
It is the customer who should amend this contact/user and not R&R
