Procomms: Jaguar Land Rover - adding /amending new user Authoity

advised we need authority before amendments can be made

The Jaguar Land Rover Procomms desktop account - sub id 2495 ONLY (there are a number of Jaguar Landrover or JLR accounts)

You are NOT  able to add new users or change authorities any user has without the authority of

You need to advise the customer that we need authorisation first and that they must contact UK.TCSVMOJLRAMS@tcs.com (this is the team email address of the team above but they cannot email out from this it is only a one way mail box, receiving incoming mail only, so that is why when we receive the emails it will come from one of the above email addresses 1-4) to gain that authority

You should cc UK.TCSVMOJLRAMS@tcs.com  into the reply which you send to the customer
