Procomms Red Admin has a generic log on details.
This is being limited to who has this. Whenever the password is change then a send safely link should be sent to these people ONLY with the details of the new log on details
If anyone leaves the password must be changed and details of the new one sent out to these people ONLY - if any one else is to be added to the list then they will need authority before being added to the list- Authority from Mark Bottles
