Details
The branding which is showing in Blue admin for an account or user is not necessarily correct for those accounts using Automate - therefore needs to be checked in the database
- find the User ID of the users (this is NOT the Username which we frequently use)
- This can be found by logging into RA and searching for the user - this will show at the top of the screen
- Keep a note of the username and the Users Name associated with this so that when you have the details of the branding you can correlate this to the correct user
- OR you can run this database query in Procomms to get this information using query select * from AUTH.SUBUSERS where USERNAME = 'xxxxxx'
- This can be found by logging into RA and searching for the user - this will show at the top of the screen
- This then needs submitting to TechSol - Ask in the General 2nd Line . Techsol channel if this needs submitting via a ticket as if is a very quick query to the database and may not need a ticket
- If there are more than one User ID which you wish to find the branding for then you need to submit this information separated by a comma ie 12345,128765,121121
- Techsol will then give you the branding for each User ID
- You can then advise the customer referencing this back to the Username and the Users Name as the customer will not know what User ID refers to (they do not use that reference)
