Downloaded all surveys from client's project and sent via sendsafely

This document is intended to be used by members of the CXM EMEA Support team working on Rant and Rave tickets.
L1 Support Team do not have access to perform the steps below.

  1. Log in Alchemer with your username and password - https://app.alchemer.eu/ 
  2. Click on Account > User Management > Sub Accounts

  3.  Type the account name (from where you need to download the surveys) in the search bar and press the ''Log in'' option as shown in the below screenshot:

  4. Once you log into the sub account, click on the ''All Surveys'' Tab and scroll down to the end of the page to find the ''Download all surveys'' option.

  5.  Press the  ''Download all surveys''. Once the survey list is downloaded to your computer, share the file with the client using Sendsafely.
