Rant & Rave: What does ‘Unknown workflow" mean in the Discover Report Sheet?

Unknown workflow means you've not put the right workflow in the "workflow" column when dropping a file, basically "what you've put in the workflow column doesn't exist".

Unknown workflow means you've not put the right workflow in the "workflow" column when dropping a file, basically "what you've put in the workflow column doesn't exist".

For Example:

If the correct workflow is called SMS_R&R and you put SNS_R&R it'll be unknown.

Unfortunately, The support team will not be able to delete the solicitations related to these not sent surveys because they have had an issue with the workflow related to, as it might lead to another problem we all want to avoid.
