Rant & Rave: why user can not see the comment field in the dashboard?

The reason why the user was not able to see the Comment filed is becuase the ‘csat_score’ field is missing from the profile that has been assigned to this user in the User Management.

When the user is not able to see the comment field when logging in to their dashboard, most probably the ‘csat_score’ field is missing from the profile that has been assigned to this user in the User Management.
