Resolution Summary

STeps have been shared to make sure the Data Management tool functions are all available.

Details

• You will need to make sure that each project has only one data management profile, which means if the user has access to 3 projects, they will need to have 3 data management profiles for each profile.
  
  
• Make sure there are no other profiles assigned to the user, who has access to the Data Management tool, have the data_management feature ticked, if you find any, then you will need to untick it.
  
  
• This data management feature needs to be enabled for the data management profile:

1. DATA_MANAGEMENT
2. DM_SOL_DEL
   
   
   
   These 2 features need to be enabled from Features and Configuration on the profile level:
   
   
   

• When done adding these 2 features make sure you migrate to profile.
  
  
• Make sure the Data Management profile has no columns assigned to it in User management as it can make issues for the user to see any of the Data Management functions for example the Delete function, if you find any then you will need to remove them.
  
  
• When all is done,  in User management, then you will need to change the description to "Data Management - Update, Anonymise & Delete":
