Updated the Username via Admin App (V1)
Details
The user was unable to log in to the platform and password resetting didn't work.
The User account was enabled and the user login credentials appeared to be correct.
Upon further testing, we noticed a few hidden characters in the username field. Those characters were not visible in User Management(V2), Admin App(V1), and database. However, when we run a database check in the DataGrip Application, it displayed those hidden characters.
Updating the Username using the 'Edit User' option in Admin App(v1) (KCS solutionid=210310073634367) dashboard login issue got resolved.
Cause
The Username field had few hidden characters.
EXAMPLE: 'Katie.Mandefield@ianwilliams.co.uk[***]'.
