These are the reasons why some fonts which maybe set up in the Howdens templates might appear different when hitting the recipient

• Dependant on device - if the device supports that font
  • eg Comic Sans is a microsoft font and not included on most mobile devices
• Not all email clients suppor the use of web fonts so will fall back to the fallback default which could again be different dependant on the device

The safest bet for consistent display on all devices is to use the more widely supported fonts or an image where a more stylised font needs to be used
