Resolution Summary

checked to see if account still a customer




Details
  • log onto ra
  • enter company name
  • leave the name blank - till will bring up all users in that account for the text solution
  • Click on search
  • If account details comes up then the account is probably still live if not then possibly closed

  • Go into Red admin
  • Click on Subscriber
  • Click on maintain subscriber
  • search for the company name
  • If it doesnt come up then either you are searching on an incorrect name or spelling or..
  • If it does come up click on the little pencil on the right
  • That brings up the account details
  • Look for end date - normally these show as 31.12.99 if it is date in the past then the account is closed and that is the date it was closed
