Howdens Depots are not able to set up their own lists

Howdens Depots are not able to set up their own sub lists.  The only lists which they have to choose from are those which are supplied to them form the automatic upload process which takes place in the early hours of each day.  This upload comes from the Howdens SAP database and adds new customers, deletes old ones of those which have opted out and updates existing ones.  This also creates their lists for them.  This process runs so that only the most up to date information is contained in the set lists and this takes into account all of the customers who have opted out.

Howdens Depots are therefore only allowed to use the lists created
