HOW TO  - SEE WHAT SORT OF TEXT MESSAGES AN ACCOUNT IS BEING USED FOR

      if looking at a whole account it is easiest to do this in Red Admin

• Log onto Red Admin
• Go to Monitoring
• Go to Maintain Subscriber
• Search the company from the dropdown box
  
  
• Click on Administration
• Click on Monitoring
• Click on Text Usage -
  this will bring up Departments or (none Specified) and will have the total messages sent by each of those areas this and last month
  
  
• Click on the name of the area (or none specified) to provide more details (obviously choose an area where there are messages sent from
• This will then bring up all of the users registered in that particular area (or those which do not have an area set against them for None Specified
• Cloose someone who has sent text messages and click on the number of the messages
• This will show each individual texct sent by that user
  
  
• Click on the ? against some random message and this will bring up details of that message
  
  
• Repete this exercise a number of times, using diffrent message a user has sent and also choosing different users and different users in different areas to help you build up a picture of what type of things are being sent
