HOW TO  - FIND IF SHORT CODE OR KEYWORD USED ON AN ACCOUNT

• Go to Dragon
• search on the right to find the relevant account
• Click on Services
• Click on the name of the service and this will bring you up details
  
  
• This will then show you the longdial/shorecode the service runs on and if there is a keyword
