Procomms: How to check branding on procomms

found the branding on procomms account

HOW TO FIND DEFAULT BRANDING ON A PROCOMMS ACCOUNT

• Log into Blue Admin
• Go to SMS Branding
• Company Brand
• Find the company in the drop down box
• Click Find
• This will show the branding

HOWEVER, IT IS ALSO A GOOD IDEA TO DOUBLE CHECK THIS AS SOMETIMES IT CAN BE DIFFERENT IN THE DATABASE

• You can do a query on the procomms database to check this
• Or you can check the branding on the Sharepoint doc Procomms Usage, Brands & Longcodes and look for the tab All Active Users & Brands
• This will have the branding against each user
