Reported Issue: The parts counter in the text editor for broadcasts, opt-in paths, etc. is returning wrong parts count for long messages in the UI.
Troubleshooting/Resolution:
1- Tested and confirmed that the parts counter is returning more parts count after a specific character count.
2- Raised a JIRA ticket [MC-13221] PLATFORM | UI - Parts counter is inaccurate. - JIRA (atlassian.net) for the dev. team to adjust the code behind this area.
3- The fix went out in our December release MC 23.12.1
