Details
- The platform provides a Call to Record option.
- Clients receive a dedicated phone number and a Personal Identification Number (PIN), which do not expire and can be used to create multiple recordings.
- These recordings are automatically added to the platform via Twilio.
- In rare cases, there may be a delay in uploading recordings to the platform. If this occurs, please assist the client by manually uploading the recordings from Twilio using the steps below.
- If the delay persists, please create a Jira ticket for further investigation.
How to locate and manually upload recordings from Twilio
- Navigate to the Monitor tab and expand the Logs dropdown menu.
- Select Call Recordings—this page contains all the recordings. Use the filters to search for the required recordings.
- Click on Call Details to access the download option and view logs for tracking recordings if needed.
NOTE: The platform only accepts recordings in MP3 format, so ensure you download the correct file type before uploading.
- After downloading the MP3 recording from Twilio, navigate to the Recordings page in the client’s account. Click on Upload Recording and select the downloaded file to upload.
