  • There are predefined opt-out keywords and phrases configured in the platform, which can be viewed on the Admin page. These opt-out keywords can not be deleted or disabled.

  • If a client wants to whitelist an opt-out keyword—i.e., prevent that keyword from triggering an opt-out—they should reach out to us. We will then create a Jira ticket to process the request.
  • The Whitelisted words will overwrite any opt-out keyword in the phrases
