Resolution Summary
We updated the account details in the Upland Credential Manager. After the changes, the user was able to log in and access the system without further issues.
Details
To resolve login issues caused by special characters in account names, log in to the Upland Credential Manager and go to the "Customers" tab. Search for the account name experiencing the issue, then click "Edit" next to the account. In the account details, edit the unique URL to remove any unsupported characters. Save the changes, and the user should be able to log in successfully and access the system without further issues.
