• They mentioned that the first seen is listed as Added via API by Akshay Kumar
• But the Email used for the API request was mobile_commons_production@alsac.stjude.org which is listed under the user Mobile Commons Production

Resolution Summary

Confirmed that the email used in adding the profile is the one under Akshay Kumar's user. 

Details

• Checked the logs and found that the profile was added by Akshay Kumar's email address 
• We tested adding profiles to the test accounts and found that the first seen is being listed correctly with no issues
• Confirmed to the client that the email used in adding the profile is the one under Akshay Kumar's user hence this is the name added in the first seen of the profile.
