- Sometimes, clients reach out requesting assistance to bulk clear out agent view messages (mark as "no asnwer needed"). This happens when they have thousands of messages in the agent view inbox and they don't have time to manually select these and clear. (And no need to actually respond to).
- In this case, we create a JIRA ticket for the dev. team to bulk clear from the backend.
