Mobile Commons: Not able to move keywords from one campaign to another

We're running into an issue. We need to switch keywords from one opt-in path to another.
But it's not letting us do that because all the keywords are in a "holdover" campaign / opt-in.
Last week, I got around this (not sure if this was the right thing to do) by removing the keyword I wanted to move from the hold-over opt-in, and then it allowed me to switch the keywords on the UWD master campaign.
But currently, MC doesn't let me remove keywords from either the hold-over pathway or any pathways on the UWD master campaign.
How can we switch keywords from pathway to pathway now? doing this is key to our program.

Resolution Summary
Checked and found that the holdover campaign that was created to redirect users to the new SC (After the migration to the dedicated SC) was somehow linked to the new SC instead of the old SC. The keywords they were trying to move around, had a copy of them under the holdover campaign since it was on the OLD SC previously to do the redirect job.

All this caused the conflict and issues were seeing. I had to deactivate the holdover campaign since it was there for a long time already (Since Dec. 2022) and this fixed the conflict with duplicate keywords linked to the same shortcode.
