AT&T requires using branded URLs instead of random bit.ly URLs, hence they blocked the messages
Answer
AT&T doesn't allow using bit.ly in text messages. Instead, they require using branded URLs. In general, we would recommend using the MC native URL shortening feature where you can either use the default lil.ms domain, or you can purchase your own vanity domain and reach out to us to request using this domain with the MC shortening feature.
