I've pulled ((a list)) that has all the MC ids where this seemed to be an issue. The first sheet is just the list of profile IDs, the second sheet shows the sum that I pulled of messages and clicks per user, on 9/20 and 9/22. You'll see that there was a strange blip on 9/20, where that sum was higher than the sum for each user on 9/22. The sums in the 9/22 column are consistent with what each user has in the Mobile Commons platform now, so it seems to be accurate. Any guidance you can give as to what might have caused that blip is appreciated!
Resolution Notes:
The spreadsheet/list the client is referring to above is basically not data that was directly pulled from a specific in the platform. They work with a third party that manages their integration/data pull from the MC platform through our API.
To troubleshoot the weird numbers in the spreadsheet I had to understand exactly how this integration works, how do they pull this data and what processing is being done to come up with these counts.
I've asked multiple times to get more information on the above but I couldn't get a clear answer. I asked the client to get the tech team from the 3rd party vendor involved to provide that info. but no response.
Checked the data on our side and things looked good in general.
With not enough details, I'm not able to troubleshoot or reproduce this issue.
