Details
To unenroll a profile from a smart campaign, you should identify the reason/s that caused the profile to be enrolled in the campaign.
- If the reason was a value of a custom field, reach out to the client to confirm that you need to change the value for the profile to be removed from the smart campaign
CAUTION: If the profile is active in another smart campaign, make sure that this change will not affect his subscription in the other campaigns. If yes, you'll need to create an uploaded group for the profile and exclude it from the smart campaign group. - If the reason was using any opt-in path, you'll need to create an uploaded group and exclude it from the smart campaign group
- If the reason was an uploaded group, remove the profile from the group.
CAUTION: Make sure that this will not affect other smart campaign subscriptions for the profile. If yes, create an uploaded group with this profile and exclude it from the smart campaign group.
