Details
NEA requested to have a report for each month in 2021, 2022, and 2023 that has the below
- The total active subscribers count at the beginning of each month
- How many opted-in and opted-out profiles from the account in each month.
However, they would like to exclude the profiles only subscribed to the below campaigns. This means that if the profile is subscribed to one of these campaigns only and has no other subscriptions on the account, it should be excluded from the count. But if the profile is subscribed to any of the below campaigns along with another campaign on the account “apart from the excluded ones”, they should be included in the counts.
The campaigns that should be excluded are
In Campaign is Justin's organizing campaigns
In Campaign is Join
In Campaign is LMS Helpdesk
In Campaign is Affiliate App Shortcodes
In Campaign is Teacher Quality
Since the UI has no option to get the above report, we created a Jira ticket and the team pulled these data directly from the DB.
